The founder of the institute, with over 25 years of teaching experience, in various coaching institutes of national repute, across all over India, training students for IIT JEE, NEET, and Physics Olympiads, has helped many of the students to realize their dreams and become successful in their life by fostering and promoting sustained learning skills in thought, expressions, and deed.

 
The IIT JEE, NEET, and OLYMPIAD aspirants taught by “ Founder director and the physics teacher “, who are enrolled in PREMIER INSTITUTE and other past students, after clearing their IIT JEE and NEET and becoming Engineers and Doctors today work as scientists, technologists, and doctors. Several students have moved away from their original disciplines of engineering and medical services and have taken to administrative services, top bureaucrats, and are with NGOs. In doing so, they have contributed significantly to the building of this nation, and industrialization around the world.

 
To maintain the teaching standards, regular feedback about all the teachers is taken from the students. The feedback form is in form of a questionnaire through which assessment of the teacher is done. The students are also welcome to give suggestions, to improve the standards of the class through the feedback form. While filling the feedback form, there is an option given to the student whether to disclose their identity or not.
